Youth Fitness Program

We recognize that Pre-teens struggle with gaining control over their growing bodies. The Youth Fitness Program emphasizes the importance of learning the Basics of Weight Training and how to move Safely. If your child desires to participate in sports at the High School level, Weight Training most definitely should be a priority! To prevent injury and Maximize performance, clients participating in the Youth Fitness Program will perform exercises that develop Power, Strength, Endurance, Muscle Growth, Coordination, and Mobility.
