The Youth Fitness Program emphasizes the importance of learning the basics of weight training and how to move safely. We recognize that growing pre-teens and teens struggle with gaining control over their bodies. If your child is under the age of 18, and desires to practice healthy habits or participate in sports at the collegiate level, the Youth Fitness Program will help take his/her game to the next level!
As apart of the Youth Fitness Program, we will also provide your child with a Nutrition Program and a Stress Management Program.
